Malmö Arena Tower
The Arena Quarter, featuring Malmö Arena and Malmö Arena Hotel, will reach its pinnacle with the addition of the Malmö Arena Tower. Encompassing a total area of 15,000 square meters, this development will house a blend of apartments and office spaces. Notably, Malmö Arena Tower is poised to become a hub for the next generation of air traffic controllers, hosting one of the world's largest air traffic control academies.
In collaboration with Climat 80 Entreprenad, we've contributed to this new landmark in the Hyllie district by supplying various components. These include louvres, smoke exhaust fans, pressure relief dampers, roof hoods, iris dampers, and fire dampers.
