A type-approved damper designed for fire compartmentation or to protect against the spread of fire and smoke in ventilation installations. The damper is installed in fire-containing building sections constructed in compliance with fire technical class EI 120, consisting of approved light wall or concrete constructions and in ventilation ducts.

The EKO-SRBG2 fire damper/smoke damper has been tested by SP and approved by SITAC, CE mark 0402-CPD-SC0397-13.
